Parker Morgan represents clients in the acquisition, financing, development, leasing, and disposition of commercial real estate – including shopping centers, retail, multifamily, hotel, office, warehouse, and industrial properties. Parker works on these transactions in Georgia and across the country. Parker also acts as local counsel and provides title and escrow services to assist out-of-state attorneys as needed on transactions involving Georgia real estate or Georgia law, including the issuance of Georgia opinion letters. In addition to his transactional work, Parker also has significant experience in the areas of land use, planning, and zoning matters – including prior service as the chair of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the City of Savannah.
Parker spends most of his time outside of the office with his wife Allyson and their two daughters. He is a fan of all things related to the University of Georgia, smoked meats, and traveling.
