Kelly Etchells is a business litigation attorney and enjoys representing individuals and businesses of all sizes. Kelly has significant experience in product liability litigation and other commercial disputes involving manufacturers. Her practice is also concentrated in representing individuals and companies in breach of fiduciary, trade secret, and other business tort litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Kelly clerked for a federal judge in Jacksonville, FL and practiced at large firms in Atlanta, GA and Chattanooga, TN.

Kelly grew up in Warner Robins, GA and is excited to be back in Athens after attending UGA for her undergraduate and law degrees. Outside of the office, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, and two young daughters.
