Emily advises clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including, financing, acquisitions and dispositions, sale-leasebacks, development and leasing. She has significant experience representing landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions for retail, office, medical, multi-family, mixed use and industrial properties. Emily also advises clients on corporate matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, general contract review, and mergers and acquisitions.

Emily currently serves on the Boards of the Food Bank of Northeast Georgia, the Northeast Georgia Council of the Boy Scouts of America, the Georgia Children’s Chorus and the Western Circuit Bar Association. She is an active member of the Rotary Club of the Classic City of Athens.
