Emily Escoe is a transactional attorney specializing in corporate and commercial real estate law. Emily concentrates her practice on business representation, entity formation, corporate governance, general contract review, securities offerings, and acquisitions and dispositions of businesses. She also has significant experience advising landlords and tenants on commercial leasing matters.
Emily currently serves as a member of the Board of the Georgia Children’s Chorus and as the Program Chair of the Board of the Rotary Club of the Classic City of Athens. She is an active member of the Junior League of Athens and has served as an attorney coach for the high school mock trial team at Athens Academy. In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with family, watching UGA basketball and running.
