Abbey Duhé is a corporate attorney focused on client representation in business transactions, entity formation and governance, franchising, and a wide variety of corporate and business-related matters.

Prior to law school, she gained experience at a healthcare and technology startup, focusing on mergers & acquisitions, new product initiatives, branding and client management.

Outside of work, she enjoys being involved in the Athens community, playing tennis and spending time with family.
