Mr. Linder earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, and his M.S. degree from the University of Georgia. He earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 1985. He was a member of Phi Kappa Phi and Gamma Sigma Delta. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Western Circuit Bar Association. His practice areas include Corporate Law, Commercial Real Estate Law, Franchises and Franchising.
