He was admitted to the Georgia bar in 1994, and he earned his B.B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Georgia. While attending the University of Georgia’s School of Law, Mr. Hays served as President of Phi Delta Phi from 1993 to 1994. He is a member of the Western Circuit Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia. His practice areas include Commercial Transactions, Corporate Law, Estate Planning, and Probate.
