Mr. Elkins is a 1967 graduate of Vanderbilt University He served as a Captain in the United States Air Force from 1967 to 1973. He earned his M.B.A. from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1972 and graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1976. He was a member of Phi Alpha Delta and served as Justice. He was admitted to the Georgia and Florida Bar Associations in 1976 and served as an Assistant District Attorney in Athens, Georgia from 1978 to 1982. Mr. Elkins’ professional associations have included The Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, The Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, and the Western Circuit Bar Association (past president). His practice areas include Personal Injury, Criminal Law, DUI and Traffic Law, Domestic Relations, Landlord-Tenant Law, Insurance Defense, and Contracts.
