V. Kevin Lang
KEVIN LANG is a business attorney whose practice focuses on representing clients in the purchase and sale of businesses, franchising, corporate structures, public-private ventures, commercial leasing and a wide variety of general corporate and business related matters.
Kevin earned his law degree, cum laude, from The University of Georgia School of Law, where he served on the Editorial Board of the Georgia Law Review and as a member of the Moot Court Team. Prior to law school, Kevin earned his B.B.A., first honor graduate and summa cum laude, in Finance from the Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia.
Kevin and his wife, Rebecca, have two children and they are members of Athens First United Methodist Church. Kevin is a member of the Board of Directors of the Food Bank of Northeast Georgia, Inc. and the University of Georgia Alumni Association. Kevin serves as pro-bono counsel to Athens Homeless Property Corporation, the non-profit organization tasked with developing homeless accommodation facilities in connection with the closure of the Navy Supply Corps School campus in Athens and its transition to The University of Georgia’s Health Sciences Campus.
