H. Scott Lowry Jr.
SCOTT LOWRY is an attorney in the firm’s corporate department. Scott’s practice focuses on limited liability companies, operating agreements, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and joint ventures, and exempt securities offerings, including private placements under Regulation D and equity crowdfunding. He has significant experience handling a wide variety of corporate matters on behalf of the firm’s clients.
Scott earned his law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2007. While attending the University of Georgia School of Law, Scott served as a member of the Georgia Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. Prior to attending law school, Scott earned a B.A. degree in history and economics with honors from the University of Virginia in 2004.
Scott grew up in Mechanicsville, Virginia, where he and his siblings attended public schools. Away from the office, Scott enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing his interests in basketball, fishing and guitar.
