Mark Hodge is a real estate attorney who has spent his entire professional career at Fortson, Bentley and Griffin. Mark concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial real estate and banking law. Mark is a member of the Western Circuit Bar Association and was an instructor of Business Law at the University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education from 1984 to 1998.

Mark grew up in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He attended the University of Georgia on a football scholarship where he was a three year lettermen and offensive captain his senior year in 1978. Mark and his wife, Suzette, have two grown children, Bo and Jennifer. Over the years Mark has served on several Boards and continues to be active in numerous civic affairs.
