Bricker S. Daughtry
BRICKER DAUGHTRY maintains a diverse litigation practice. Bricker represents individuals and corporations in disputes ranging from general business litigation and employment matters to transportation.
An AV-rated attorney through Martindale-Hubbell, Bricker is a member of the Alabama and Georgia State Bars. He is admitted to practice before the all state and federal district courts in Alabama, the Northern District of Georgia and all state courts in Georgia.
Bricker earned his law degree from the Cumberland School of Law in 2007. While attending Cumberland School of Law, Bricker served as an Associate Editor of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy. He was also selected by the school’s faculty to participate in the Judge Abraham Caruthers Teaching Fellowship. He received the Scholar of Merit Award for Mediation and Mediator Practice. Prior to attending law school, Bricker earned a B.S. degree in Cellular Biology and a M. Ed. Degree in Science Education.
Outside of work, Bricker loves spending time with his wife and four children. He also enjoys playing golf, mountain biking, running, baking artisan bread, and exploring Asian cuisines.
