V. Kevin Lang

V. KEVIN LANG was born in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Lang was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2001. He earned his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business in 1998 (Summa Cum Laude, First Honor Graduate) and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2001 (Cum Laude). While attending the University of Georgia School of Law, Mr. Lang served as a member of the Editorial Board of the Georgia Law Review and the University of Georgia School of Law Moot Court Team. Mr. Lang's practice focuses on the areas of Corporate Law, Business and Commercial Law, Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures, Franchise Law, and Banking Law.
