MICHAEL J. MCCLEARY was born in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is a 1990 graduate of the University of Notre Dame and earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia's School of Law in 1999. He is a member of the Western Circuit Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia. He served as a Supply Corps Officer in the United States Navy from 1990 to 1996.
