KELLY C. HOLLOWAY was born in Rome, Georgia. She was admitted to the Georgia bar in 1999. She earned her B.S., Magna cum laude, from Berry College, her M. Ed. from the University of Georgia and her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law. Ms. Holloway is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Western Circuit Bar Association.
